Looking for more… Work With Me

You don’t need to be fixed.
You don’t need to be more disciplined.
You don’t need to “do meditation better.”

You need space — quiet, grounded, intentional space — to come back into your body and remember what calm actually feels like.

That’s what I offer.

I work with thoughtful, capable women who feel tense, overwhelmed, or disconnected and want support that is grounded, practical, and non-performative.

Below are the ways we can work together.not sure why you have been feeling lost , or disconnected?

1:1 Ground & Reset Sessions (In Person)

For when your nervous system feels tight, scattered, or on edge — and you want to settle back into yourself.

These sessions are slow, gentle, and body-led.
They are not about “fixing” you or pushing for insight.

A session may include:

  • light guided grounding or meditation

  • Reiki to support regulation and release

  • quiet integration time

Many clients leave feeling:

  • calmer and more settled in their body

  • less mentally “buzzed”

  • more present and grounded

This work is especially supportive if you:

  • hold a lot of responsibility

  • live mostly in your head

  • feel chronically tense or overstimulated

Session Length: 60 minutes
Location: In person

A note about Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that supports relaxation and nervous system regulation.

During a session, you remain fully clothed while I place my hands lightly on or just above the body. There is no force, manipulation, or expectation of a specific experience.

Many people notice a sense of calm, grounding, or emotional settling afterward. Others experience subtle shifts over time.

You don’t need to believe in anything for Reiki to be supportive.
Your body leads the process — the session simply creates the conditions for it to respond.

Monthly Meditation Practice (Membership)

A quiet, consistent way to actually learn how to meditate — without pressure or perfection.

This membership is for women who:

  • want a meditation practice but struggle to stay consistent

  • feel intimidated or alienated by spiritual culture

  • need practices that fit real life and real nervous systems

Inside the membership:

  • A short guided meditation delivered weekly (7–10 minutes)

  • One live 40-minute group practice each month

  • An optional private community space to connect with others (peer-led, low pressure)

This is not about self-improvement.
It’s about building a relationship with stillness — slowly, gently, honestly.

Price: $27/month

Circles may include:

  • guided meditation

  • quiet reflection

  • optional sharing

  • nervous-system-friendly pacing

You are never required to speak or share.

These gatherings are for women who:

  • want connection without pressure

  • feel nourished by shared stillness

  • don’t want to “do more,” but want to be differently

Occasional in-person or live gatherings for women who want to slow down together.

Workplace Meditation & Nervous-System Support

Modern work places steady demands on the nervous system — urgency, long hours, emotional labor, and constant mental load. Over time, even the most dedicated teams feel the strain.

These guided meditation sessions offer a grounded pause within the workday — supporting regulation, clarity, and steadiness without requiring prior experience or personal sharing.

This isn’t about belief systems or forced relaxation.
It’s about creating space to reset and return to work with greater presence.

What These Sessions Support

  • Nervous-system regulation

  • Reduced stress and mental fatigue

  • Improved focus and steadiness

  • Sustainable care for teams who give a lot

Sessions are inclusive, accessible, and designed for real workplaces — offices, wellness studios, and service-based environments.

What to Expect

  • 20–45 minute guided session

  • Seated or standing (no mats required)

  • No discussion required

  • Science-informed, secular-friendly language

  • In-person (Wake County) or virtual options available

Single sessions, monthly resets, and customized series are available.

If you’d like to explore bringing a guided reset to your workplace, I’d be happy to connect.

Is this work right for you?

This work may be for you if:

  • you are thoughtful, capable, and often tired

  • you want grounded practices, not spiritual bypassing

  • you value both science and intuition

  • you are ready to slow down — not optimize

This work may not be for you if:

  • you want fast fixes or constant stimulation

  • you prefer highly structured coaching or accountability

  • you’re looking for performance-based spirituality

A Note on My Approach

I’m a meditation guide and Reiki practitioner with a background in healthcare.
I don’t believe meditation replaces medicine or fixes everything.

I believe it helps us live inside our bodies with more ease.

Everything I offer is:

  • invitational, not forceful

  • grounded in nervous system awareness

  • paced slowly and intentionally

You are always the authority on your own experience.
