Yoga Nidra Inspired by Powerful Female Songwriters- The Soft Power Series: What We Inherited
Some women learn strength long before they ever learn rest.
Inspired by the grounded honesty and resilience of Loretta Lynn, this immersive Yoga Nidra experience explores the emotional weight many women carry across generations — the stories, expectations, survival patterns, and quiet burdens passed down over time.
Through guided meditation and deep nervous system rest, we’ll gently reflect on themes of inherited resilience, caregiving, motherhood, labor, identity, and what it means to finally soften after years of simply enduring.
This practice is earthy, grounding, and deeply human — honoring both the strength women have carried and the exhaustion that often comes with it.
Together, we create space to acknowledge what we’ve inherited… and what we may no longer need to carry alone.
* No experience needed.
Just a place to rest your body for a while.
Yoga Nidra Inspired by Powerful Female Songwriters- The Soft Power Series: Wildflowers and Wisdom
Softness is not weakness.
Inspired by the warmth, resilience, humor, and heart of Dolly Parton, this immersive Yoga Nidra experience is centered around self-worth, tenderness, joy after hardship, and allowing yourself to take up space exactly as you are.
Through guided meditation, deep rest, and reflection, we’ll explore themes of compassion, boundaries, emotional resilience, receiving support, and the kind of strength that doesn’t require hardening yourself to survive.
This practice invites you into a gentler relationship with yourself — one rooted in warmth, honesty, humanity, and grace.
A space to soften.
To breathe.
To remember that tenderness can still be powerful.
🌙 No movement required.
Just a willingness to let yourself rest in your own light for a while.
Yoga Nidra Inspired by Powerful Female Songwriters- The Soft Power Series: Jagged little Softness
There are emotions many women were never taught how to hold safely.
Anger.
Need.
Disappointment.
Truth.
Inspired by the raw honesty and emotional intensity of Alanis Morissette, this immersive Yoga Nidra experience explores what happens when we stop swallowing our feelings just to keep ourselves manageable for everyone else.
Through guided meditation, deep rest, and nervous system support, we’ll gently explore themes of emotional suppression, people pleasing, self-abandonment, reclaiming your voice, and allowing yourself to feel without apology.
This is not about staying angry.
It’s about allowing what has been held tightly in the body to soften enough to move.
A space for release.
For honesty.
For remembering that softness and strength can exist together.
*No movement required.
Just a willingness to stop carrying everything so carefully for a while.

Yoga Nidra Inspired by Powerful Female Songwriters- The Soft Power Series- Invisible Strings: Returning to What Connects Us
There are versions of ourselves tied to memory.
To seasons.
To stories.
To moments we didn’t realize were shaping us while we were living them.
Inspired by the emotional storytelling and dreamlike landscapes of Taylor Swift’s Folklore and Evermore eras, this immersive Yoga Nidra experience invites you into a softer space of reflection, memory, longing, and becoming.
Through guided meditation, deep rest, and reflection, we’ll explore themes of identity, resilience, grief, inner child remembering, and the invisible threads that continue connecting us to ourselves beneath all the noise.
This practice is about allowing the mind to wander gently — without needing to solve or fix anything — while the nervous system settles into deeper rest.
A space for softness.
For remembering.
For becoming.
* No movement required.
Just a willingness to wander inward.
Yoga Nidra Inspired by Powerful Female Songwriters- The Soft Power Series: Shake the Dust, Return to the Body
Inspired by the emotional intensity and raw embodiment of Florence + The Machine, this immersive Yoga Nidra experience is centered around release, feeling, and allowing the body to soften after holding too much for too long.
This practice explores the connection between emotion and the body — the grief we store, the energy we suppress, and the parts of ourselves still asking to be fully felt.
Through guided meditation, deep rest, and reflection, we’ll move through themes of surrender, freedom, emotional release, and returning to the wisdom of the body.
This is not movement-based yoga.
It’s a space to stop bracing… and let yourself unravel gently.
*No experience needed.
Just a willingness to soften into what’s been waiting underneath the noise.
In Full Light-Virtual Full Moon Meditation
A Virtual Full Moon Meditation for Clarity, Reflection + Release
The Full Moon invites us to illuminate rather than immediately change what we find. In Full Light is a 40-minute virtual guided meditation designed to help you settle your nervous system, step away from the noise, and gently notice what has become clearer in your life. Through a slow body scan, breathwork, visualization, and reflection, we'll honor what's working, acknowledge what's feeling heavy, and explore what you may be ready to stop carrying. Come exactly as you are, from the comfort of home—bring a blanket, journal, tea, and perhaps a candle, and give yourself permission to simply receive.
You don't need to see the whole path. Sometimes you just need enough light for the next step.
Yoga Nidra Inspired by Powerful Female Songwriters- Tapestry: Weaving Yourself Back Together
Some forms of healing are quiet.
A deep breath.
A softened shoulder.
A moment where the body realizes it no longer has to stay braced against the world.
Inspired by the warmth and grounding presence of Carole King, this restorative Yoga Nidra experience is centered around softness, emotional safety, comfort, and returning home to yourself.
Together, we’ll create space for the nervous system to settle deeply while exploring themes of support, self-compassion, receiving care, and allowing yourself to rest without needing to earn it first.
This practice is designed to feel grounding, gentle, and deeply nourishing — like exhaling after holding too much for too long.
* No yoga experience needed.
Just a place to soften, rest, and be held for a while.
Yoga Nidra Inspired by Powerful Female Songwriters ( the soft power series) - Blue: A returning to emotional truth
There are feelings we move around instead of through.
Truths we soften.
Needs we quiet.
Emotions we learn to carry silently.
Inspired by the emotional honesty and introspection of Joni Mitchell, this month’s Yoga Nidra experience invites you into a slower, deeper space of reflection and rest.
This is not movement-based yoga.
You’ll be guided into a deeply restorative state while lying comfortably supported, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to soften enough to hear what’s underneath the noise.
Together, we’ll explore themes of emotional truth, grief +beauty coexisting, softness without apology, witnessing ourselves compassionately, and allowing contradiction — without needing to fix anything.
* No experience needed.
Just a willingness to slow down and listen inward.

Yoga Nidra
There are versions of ourselves we’ve quieted over time.
The intuitive one.
The emotional one.
The one who knew exactly what she felt — before she learned to second guess it.
This month’s Yoga Nidra experience is inspired by the energy of Fleetwood Mac — a return to self, to intuition, and to the parts of you that are ready to be felt again.
This is not a movement-based class.
You’ll be guided into a deeply restful state while lying down, allowing your body to fully relax as your mind gently unwinds.
Together, we’ll move through themes of:
• release
• emotional awareness
• self-trust
• and coming back to your own inner knowing
We’ll close with space for quiet reflection and journaling.
🌙 No experience needed.
Just a place to rest, feel, and return.
Small class size in the beautiful space.
$27 per spot
