This is not movement-based yoga.
You’ll be guided into a deeply restorative state while lying comfortably supported, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to soften enough to hear what’s underneath the noise.
Together, we’ll explore themes of emotional truth, grief +beauty coexisting, softness without apology, witnessing ourselves compassionately, and allowing contradiction — without needing to fix anything.
