Together, we’ll create space for the nervous system to settle deeply while exploring themes of support, self-compassion, receiving care, and allowing yourself to rest without needing to earn it first.
This practice is designed to feel grounding, gentle, and deeply nourishing — like exhaling after holding too much for too long.
