Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that invites the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware.
In this session, you’ll be guided into a state of relaxation that allows the nervous system to settle, helping to release physical tension, mental fatigue, and stored stress.
We’ll move slowly and intentionally, with space at the end for quiet reflection and optional journaling — giving you time to notice what has shifted and reconnect with yourself before returning to your day.
No experience is needed. Just come as you are.
